I purchased the Yamaha THR10C from Thomann and as they are a German company the amp is supplied as a European specification package.
I am in the United Kingdom.
The European specification package differs from a UK package only in that it is supplied with a European spec powercord, the rest of the package is identical.
The mains electric supply in Germany is 230V 50Hz which is the same as the supply in the United Kingdom (so the Yamaha THR power supply unit is the same) but the sockets outlets used are different so i required a different powercord.
Thomann kindly included an additional UK spec powercord at no extra charge, it's a 1.8m long black cable fitted with a moulded BS1363 fused plugtop which includes a 5A cartridge BS1363 fuse at one end and a cloverleaf IEC 320-C5 jack at the other.
In the past I would have simply removed the European plugtop and fitted a UK plugtop but now with portable appliance testing being a requirement in many places in the UK it's great to have a factory fitted plugtop on the lead to avoid problems.
It's also a much nicer solution than the "Thomann Adaptor Safety-Plug - UK" which they supply with some other items, it's simply attaches to the European plug with a couple if screws holding it in place but it's a rather bulky and ugly solution.
This lead is great, well done Thomann.

Thomann Powercord UK – C5 Ich habe den Yamaha THR10C von Thomann gekauft und da es sich um ein deutsches Unternehmen handelt, wird der Verstärker als europäisches Spezifikationspaket geliefert. Ich bin im Vereinigten Königreich. Das europäische Spezifikationspaket unterscheidet sich von einem britischen Paket nur dadurch, dass es mit einem europäischen Spezifikationsnetzkabel geliefert wird, der Rest des Pakets ist identisch. Die Netzstromversorgung in Deutschland beträgt 230 V 50 Hz, was mit der Stromversorgung im Vereinigten Königreich identisch ist (das Yamaha THR-Netzteil ist also dasselbe), aber die verwendeten Steckdosen sind unterschiedlich, sodass ich ein anderes Netzkabel benötigte. Thomann hat freundlicherweise ohne Aufpreis ein zusätzliches Netzkabel nach britischem Standard beigelegt. Es handelt sich um ein 1,8 m langes schwarzes Kabel mit einem geformten BS1363-Stecker mit Sicherung, der an einem Ende eine 5-A-Patronensicherung BS1363 und am anderen Ende eine IEC 320-C5-Buchse mit Kleeblattmuster enthält. Früher hätte ich einfach den europäischen Plugtop entfernt und einen britischen Plugtop angebracht, aber jetzt, wo die Prüfung tragbarer Geräte an vielen Orten im Vereinigten Königreich vorgeschrieben ist, ist es großartig, einen werkseitig montierten Plugtop am Kabel zu haben, um Probleme zu vermeiden. Es ist auch eine viel schönere Lösung als der „Thomann Adapter Safety-Plug – UK“, den sie mit einigen anderen Artikeln ausliefern. Er wird einfach mit ein paar Schrauben am europäischen Stecker befestigt, um ihn an Ort und Stelle zu halten, aber es ist eine ziemlich sperrige und hässliche Lösung. Dieser Lead ist großartig, gut gemacht Thomann.
